Kitchen to dining room knock through, full gut out of a badly constructed garage extension, dug flooring out to level with the rest of the floor through the converted space, added a fully insulated vaulted ceiling to create more headroom and feeling of more space, 4 meter partition wall built to divide the new kitchen diner and newly created utility room.

Full electrical rewire to ensure the alignment with NIC standards. Fully insulated and plasterboarded throughout with plaster finish ready for painting. Once painted the new floor was laid, and skirting and architrave fitted.
