Poorly fitted lean to roof without insulation and an unfortunately leaking plastic panelling, transformed in to a fully insulated relaxing space, that is now nice and warm.

This involved full removal of all existing roof system and timbers, installation of a new higher pitch roof with new timbers and an extra, larger, SK06 velux window totalling two velux windows. 

Retiled using a mix of old and new roof tiles, as new ones will weather in quickly. Replaced led flashing and soakers. Finished with terraline to match in with the rest of the external walls.
