Existing garage extended, existing roof removed to allow for new blockwork to raise the ceiling height.  Flat roof installed, knock through made in to the extended new build space. Raft foundation dug, concrete slab poured to allow for construction of timber frame external walls. 

Boarded with cement board to allow for a k-render finish, flat roof installed to connect to existing roof, EDPM rubber roof system, fascia and soffits fitted. Cut around perimeter to allow for acco drains to allow standing water egress.

Inside fully insulated walls, floor and ceiling, full installation of new electrics, plasterboard and plaster finish ready for paint. New door between new and old buildings to create office space in new building and gym in existing building. New floor laid, skirting and architrave fitted.
