Double garage demolished to outer shell, ceiling height lifted via extra brickwork and new timbers, window blocked up, boiler moved, new flat roof installed and fully insulated to meet building regulations. Space then split in to two rooms, one side a fully insulated office space and the other side a plaster finish storage room/workshop with one set of sliding doors fitted to the office space to allow more light in to the room, and a uPVC door added to the storage room/workshop.

 

This was then followed by a full kitchen transformation which required the removal of non load bearing walls, floor tiles lifted and removed, knock through from the lounge in to the back utility room, existing doorway blocked up to allow for a more functional kitchen layout, additional electrical installations, full kitchen fit resulting in a drastically improved living space transformation.
