Sub contracted for the Roof Conversion which required new floor joists, new chipboard flooring to allow for external timbers for walls, hand cut timber rafters to front of property, glulam beam installed for ridge beam to take the weight of the roof, followed by the dormer flat roof construction, and completed with the installation of two apex roof dormer windows. 

Also subcontracted for the cladding and the internal staircase.
